Why we built Ella
Tax professionals deserve better tools. For decades, tax firms have relied on manual processes, email attachments, and legacy software that hasn't evolved. We saw tax preparers spending more time chasing documents and organizing files than actually preparing returns.
Ella was born from a simple question: What if AI could handle the tedious parts of tax season — document collection, classification, data extraction — so tax professionals could focus on strategy, advisory, and client relationships?
